It’s only 4 days now to my first fair…. I’m so busy with usual work and crocheting that I shouldn’t even be writing this post! On top of it all I got a really bad cold, but I suppose that meant I had to stay home from work and I could snuggle up in the sofa and crochet instead! But I thought I’d take this time while sitting on the bus to share a few of the things I’m making. My first fair is the Corbenic Camphill Advent fair this Saturday. Corbenic is close to Dunkeld in Perthshire. Last year it was a fantastic event and I’m really looking forward to this one.

New this year is hearts… striped or one colour, but the ones I’ll have with me will all have a touch of Scandinavian Christmas design to them.
The snowflake strings I made last year were very popular, so they’ll be there again – and a few snowflake garlands I hope.
Of course, there’ll be lots of booties coming along too! Lots of bright colours and all in soft, organic cotton. There’s two sizes available: 0-3 months and 3-6 months.
Another new thing is the rainbow circle strings… Quite playful I think!
Chunky, warm cowls in a soft wool/alpaca blend is also new…. As are the earrings below.
Last, but not least, there will be lots of tealight holders in different designs and colours…

My next two fairs will be at the Columcille centre in Morningside, Edinburgh on the 5th December and at The Drill Hall in Leith, Edinburgh on the 12th December. Do come by and say hello if you’re in the area!
