1 week ago by saraphir I’m still in the process of formatting posts on my blog AND while I’m doing that I’m translating all the patterns that were until now only there in UK terms into US terms as well... it’s a bit of a job, but well worth it! At the same time I’m testing them again, so this version of my #laceflowersquare in #dropsbelle is #hoth ! I know, I’m feeling very organised this year! The pattern for these stars (and the garland) is free on my blog.

They’re looking well (this is them just made and ready to go) and seemed delighted to be back in Britain! One is them lost a bit of weight though, as he fell into something dirty and needed a bath, but it kind of suits them to not be the same size! I just finished updating the pattern on the blog - it’s still free of course, but donations are welcome!

I love the mutedness of the colours, it gives a lightness to the booties which you don’t get when the colours are more saturated.... and I just love that it’s organic cotton and handdyed! 3 weeks ago by saraphir I’ve started the slow tedious job of reformatting the blog posts on my website so they have the same font and layout.... it’s the big tidy-up from several theme changes over the years and while it feels good to do, it also has to be fuelled by coffee!
